I have been attending Mohan's Yoga classes for about a year now. Those classes have really been life changing for me. He is such a good Yoga teacher. During his lessons, Mohan not only focuses on the physical side of Yoga, but also on the spiritual side. After each lesson, you will find that you have more stamina, more strengh, more flexibility - it is quite incredible how your body quickly becomes so much more flexible; but also that you are much more focused and relaxed. That is because, throughout the lesson, Mohan will also remind you to concentrate on your breathing and "not to let your mind wander". Mohan teaches "real Yoga". in exactly the same way Yoga has been taught for centuries by the greatest Yogis in South India. Mohan is always available, before, during or after the lesson to answer any questions that you may have. Do do not run the risk of injuries with him as Mohan does pay a lot of attention to his pupils during the classes and precisely times (to the second in fact) how long you should stay in a posture.I also greatly recommend his workshops.We are so lucky to have such an amazing teacher here in Liverpool.Namaste.Helen (France), February 2012
I always look forward to my mid-week evening yoga class with Mohan. Thanks to a very structured and well balanced set of exercises I improved my flexibility, posture, muscle strength and general well-being. I recovered from my neck/back injury surprisingly fast thanks to regular yoga practice. Mohan leads the class in a very professional yet natural way. I feel relaxed and energised after every session. Just wanted to share how much I enjoy Mohan’s classes -- they are just what I need to mentally relax and grow my consciousness. I feel much more centred after every yoga class. I would recommend this class to anyone from a first-time student to a dedicated yogi. It has the perfect balance of meditation and physical endurance but is taught in such a relaxing and therapeutic manner, you hardly realize how hard you are working. I have attended many yoga classes in different styles and this is certainly my favourite. Mohan guides you every step of the way and each class you are stronger and able to work harder than the last. I could certainly feel the difference in my body and mind after a session. It is truly incredible how something so soothing as yoga practice can tone and strengthen your body, especially in places most other forms of exercise neglect. I have been attanding Mohanan's Yoga classes for more than 10 years now.They are the best classes for me ,not just as a form of exercise but as a holistic therapeutic activity .I have been able to do exercises that have got rid of pain in my hip joints, knee joints and shoulders. Following Mohanan's breathing exercises I now have more peaceful and relaxed sleep. Judging by the vast numbers of people who come to his classes, I am sure I am not the only one who thinks his classes are the best. Thanks Mohanan! I have been going to Mohan's classes for almost two years now. He is very professional and caters for all levels and age groups. The classes are hard but relaxing at the same time. He gave me good tips for my headstand posture! I'm always looking forward to go to my Monday morning class. It's a good start of the week and I wish I could go more times during the week. I have been attending Mohan's Yoga class for a number of years and as a result felt great benefit to my health and wellbeing. In particular, I have for a long time suffered with lower back condition, which has diminished and improved with regular attendance of yoga, even when I was able to attend only once a week. I think that Mohan is a great teacher: attentive, considerate and highly professional. He is also very approachable, should students have any questions or concerns. I have found Yoga beneficial for the strength and flexibility of my back and for calmness and general contentment. It has assisted greatly with any bending movements particularly if they involve manual handling. Yoga has also made it a lot easier to cope with stressful situations particularly in work. Mohan’s class in my local sports centre should be manageable for most complete beginners and is challenging enough to be worthwhile for intermediate practitioners. I have one or two issues being a 43 year old football referee and ex-cyclist but can manage 90 % of the postures most weeks. It has formed the core of my home workout. I know what to expect with Mohan and the breathing forms a big part of the yogi practice. The class could be enhanced with an occasional short mantra or pranayama exercise and maybe greater variation on a weekly basis while sticking with the core of the workout. I have also attended a meditation class and Yoga workshop run by Mohan both of which where very worthwhile attending.

I really enjoy attending Mohan's classes at my local LIfestyles. The rest of the class are a friendly bunch and this encourages me to make the effort to attend regularly. I have practised Yoga for many years and find that I am able to cope better with the inevitable stress and worries that afflict us all. Yoga helps me to see the larger picture where I can see that keeping healthy and remaining calm is more important than worrying about everyday mishaps. Now that I am a senior citizen I find that the asanas also keep me mobile and I can really see a difference when I look at friends and family, most of whom seem to be suffering from joint problems, whereas I seem to be managing much better and keeping supple. I did have a problem with my wrist and my knee when I joined Mohan's class, but I hardly notice that I have these injuries now. When I was attending Physiotherapy the staff there were amazed at how supple I was compared to their usual patients. They were very impressed and I hope I was a good ambassador for Yoga.

Great luck allowed me the opportunity to practice yoga with Mohan's guidance whilst living in Liverpool for a year. I genuinely miss his teachings now! Namaste
