Mohan has spent more than five decades practising and teaching yoga, guiding thousands of students and training teachers both in the UK and internationally.

Based in Liverpool for over 25 years, he continues to share this experience through weekly classes, retreats, corporate wellbeing programmes and teacher training.


Teaching Philosophy

Mohan’s teaching focuses on developing awareness of the body, breath and movement.

Classes are welcoming and supportive, allowing beginners to build confidence while giving experienced practitioners the opportunity to deepen their practice.

Rather than focusing purely on physical postures, his approach reflects the wider traditions of yoga, encouraging balance, mindfulness and long-term wellbeing.
