Why Take This Course
People come to teacher training for different reasons.
For some, it is about improving their own health and wellbeing through a deeper and more consistent practice. For others, it is about supporting friends, family or future students in their own journey.
The course also opens the door to teaching, whether as a full-time path or alongside other work. Just as importantly, it connects you with a like-minded community and a shared experience that often continues beyond the course itself.
Why Train with Mohan
Mohan began his yoga journey in India in 1981 and has been teaching since 1987.
