This monthly workshop goes beyond a regular yoga class.
Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), you will be guided into a deeper state of calm, clarity and inner awareness.
Suitable for all levels, this is a space to slow down, reset and reconnect.

A DEEPER YOGA EXPERIENCE
This workshop brings together traditional yoga practices designed to create a deeper sense of focus, calm and stability.
You will be guided through a carefully structured session that prepares both body and mind for meditation, helping to release tension, clear mental clutter and reconnect with your inner self.
The session concludes with Yoga Nidra – a deeply restorative practice known as “The Light Within”.
