A monthly yoga workshop in Liverpool with Mohan, combining movement, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This monthly workshop goes beyond a regular yoga class.
Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), you will be guided into a deeper state of calm, clarity and inner awareness.

Suitable for all levels, this is a space to slow down, reset and reconnect.

A DEEPER YOGA EXPERIENCE

This workshop brings together traditional yoga practices designed to create a deeper sense of focus, calm and stability.

You will be guided through a carefully structured session that prepares both body and mind for meditation, helping to release tension, clear mental clutter and reconnect with your inner self.

The session concludes with Yoga Nidra – a deeply restorative practice known as “The Light Within”.

  • No — this workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You will be guided throughout the session at a comfortable pace.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Everything else will be provided.

  • Reserve your place using the online booking system. Spaces are limited and workshops often fill up quickly.

  • Workshops are limited to 45-50 participants to ensure a calm and supportive environment.
