Yoga deepens over time through years of study, practice and teaching.

Shiva Yoga is led by Mohan, a master practitioner whose journey began more than five decades ago. During that time he has guided thousands of students, trained teachers and led retreats in the UK and internationally.

Mohan has been based in Liverpool for over 25 years and shares his experience through weekly classes, retreats, corporate wellbeing programmes and teacher training.

Every class draws on this depth of knowledge. Students build strength, awareness and calm in both body and mind.

WAYS TO PRACTICE WITH MOHAN

Shiva Yoga offers several ways to deepen your practice. You can join weekly yoga classes in Liverpool, attend retreats, train as a teacher, or introduce yoga into the workplace through corporate wellbeing programmes.

All sessions are led by Mohan and welcome students of all levels.

  • Weekly yoga classes open to beginners through to experienced practitioners.

    Public classes take place at venues across Liverpool and welcome anyone who wants to develop their practice in a calm and supportive environment.

    Each session focuses on mindful movement, breathing and developing awareness within the body.

  • Mohan teaches regular yoga classes at David Lloyd Speke for club members.

    These sessions focus on strength, mobility and relaxation while encouraging mindfulness and calm.

  • Wellbeing workshops offer more than a regular yoga class, with extended sessions designed to help you fully unwind and reset.

    Shiva Yoga workshops run for around three hours, combining gentle movement, breathwork and deep relaxation in a calm, supportive environment.
